Buyer
The person who places an order via wisedec.com and provides their first name, last name, address and contact details when ordering. The Buyer's details appear on the order form and in the order confirmation email.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically via wisedec.com, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Product covered by the Agreement
The type and quantity of the product, the selected variant (size, color, etc.), the sales price including taxes and the payment method are as stated on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email. For orders of 1,000 TL and above, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller; for orders below 1,000 TL, an 89 TL shipping fee is payable by the Buyer and is shown separately in the order summary.
4. Payment
Payment is collected by credit card/debit card through the PayTR infrastructure or by other methods offered on the site. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
5. Delivery
The product is shipped by a contracted carrier to the address the Buyer specified when ordering. The delivery time, which may not exceed the statutory period of 30 days, is stated on the product page and in the post-order notification. For personalized products, the production time is added to the delivery time.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing to wisedec@wisedec.com or to the contact details above. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be sent back to the Seller, unused and together with its invoice, within 10 days; the product price will be refunded by the payment method used, within 14 days at the latest from the date the return reaches the Seller.
7. Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or personal needs (for example, name signs and custom orders personalized with a name, text or size).
8. Defective product
If the delivered product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may exercise the optional rights listed in Law No. 6502. In the case of shipping damage, it is recommended that a report be drawn up at the time of delivery.
9. Disputes
For disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place where the product was purchased have jurisdiction.
10. Entry into force
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form. The Agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
