You may return a product you have purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.
How do I return an item?
- wisedec@wisedec.com with your return request and your order number.
- Pack the product unused, with its original packaging and invoice.
- Send the product using the shipping details we provide.
Once the product reaches us, your payment will be refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days at the latest.
Non-returnable products
Products made specially for you with name, text or size personalization (name signs, custom orders) are excluded from the right of return by law. If such products have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will either remake the product or refund its price.
Damaged or defective product
If you notice damage to the shipping package, have the courier draw up a report at delivery and notify us with photographs.
